It is the department with the most functions and relatively complete rules on connection between the main trial and the complementary trial and dealing with the most supporting affairs in Shanghai. The '1 + N' window mode was adopted for remote case filing. In addition to the case filing at the headquarters of the Court, the Case Filing Tribunal has set up case filing windows at all local courts to accept the application for filing of private prosecution criminal cases, and civil, business and administrative cases as well as enforcement of judgment. The Court has been paying great attention to sort out the problems in the economic and social government through trial practice, submit the judicial advice and trial white paper to the governmental departments, enterprises, and social organizations in a timely manner to give early warning on risks and make recommendations for the economic development and social stability. It attached great importance to its cultural development and cultivated the culture of model worker to bring the role of model into play, which was listed as one of the ten featured projects of culture development of the courts in Shanghai.
